The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining Finonest’s loan and financial products, and generating leads for the sales team. The role involves handling outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information, maintaining call logs, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. The candidate must work closely with the sales and verification departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- ? Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls confidently.
- Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).
- Ability to explain products clearly and handle objections politely.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage, data entry).
- Ability to work towards daily/weekly targets.

- Minimum 12th pass
- Graduate candidates preferred
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

- 0–2 years in telecalling, BPO, or sales
- Experience in financial products will be an added advantage
