The role involves handling outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information, maintaining call logs, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. The candidate must work closely with the sales and verification departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls confidently.
- Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).
- Ability to explain products clearly and handle objections politely.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage, data entry).
- Ability to work towards daily/weekly targets.

- Minimum 12th pass
- Graduate candidates preferred
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

- 0–2 years in telecalling, BPO, or sales
- Experience in financial products will be an added advantage
